PU Film Adhesive Rolls
PU Film Adhesive Rolls are multilayer medical dressing materials designed for advanced wound care, catheter fixation and waterproof skin-contact applications.
The structure typically consists of transparent PU film, medical acrylic adhesive, PET support film, release liner and optional insert strip layers for S-cut converting applications. Different PU film structures, film thicknesses and liner systems can be customized according to converting and product requirements.
The transparent PU film provides waterproof protection while allowing continuous skin observation and flexible body movement. Combined with breathable film construction and stable medical acrylic adhesion, the material is suitable for long-wear medical dressing applications requiring comfort, flexibility and reliable fixation performance.
These jumbo rolls are widely converted into IV catheter dressings, transparent wound dressings, post-operative fixation dressings and waterproof tattoo aftercare patches. Optional printed liners, grid printing, logo printing and customized converting structures are available for OEM manufacturing requirements.
The material is optimized for slitting, rewinding, die cutting, S-cut processing and other high-speed converting applications.
